Qualifikationen

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of a vocational program, technical school, or an associate's degree in a relevant trade or business management is highly preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a skilled trade environment. Experience in a supervisory or administrative support role is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to use a variety of hand and power tools. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic systems. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Leadership: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification: A valid driver's license is required. Relevant trade certifications are highly valued.

Physical Requirements
