Job summary

persona service AG & Co. KG in Neustadt (Eichsfeld), Germany, seeks a skilled manufacturer for small-batch parts production. You will read drawings, prepare parts and assemble sub-assemblies with a precise fit.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture individual parts and assemblies in small batches according to drawings and specifications
• Work from isometric drawings and apply the specifications precisely during manufacturing
• Prepare metal parts for welding by cutting, deburring, aligning and tack-welding
• Machine sheet metal, sections and tubes using hand and power tools such as sawing, drilling, grinding and straightening
• Assemble parts into sub-assemblies and adjust for a precise fit where needed
• Carry out quality and functional tests on manufactured parts and assemblies
• Check dimensions and tolerances using standard measuring equipment and record results
• Read and interpret technical drawings and isometric diagrams independently
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation, tools and equipment

• You keep your workstation, tools and equipment tidy, whilst observing health and safety regulations
