Hirschmann Automotive GmbH bietet eine Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmacher/in in Stanztechnik an. Der Start ist der 1. September 2027. Die Lehre erfolgt in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit praktischen Einsätzen in verschiedenen Abteilungen des Unternehmens.

Sie erlernen das Herstellen und Warten von Stanz- und Umformwerkzeugen, arbeiten mit Metallen und anderen Materialien und nehmen an Qualitätstests teil. Die Ausbildung dauert 3,5 Jahre und schließt mit einer anerkannten Prüfung ab.

• Auszubildende/r wird Werkzeugmacher/in in Stanztechnik.
• Sie arbeiten mit/metallischen Bauteilen, fertigen Werkzeuge und setzen Maschinen ein.
• Qualitätstests und kundennahe Lösungen gehören dazu.

Responsibilities

• Auszubildende/r beginnt am 1. September 2027.
• Sie bearbeiten Bauteile für das Werkzeugbau-Department, arbeiten mit Metallen und anderen Werkstoffen.
• Sie entwerfen und fertigen Einzelteile für Druck-, Stanz- und Umformwerkzeuge, richten Maschinen ein.
• Qualitätstests und Entwicklung individueller Lösungen gemäß Kundennoten zählen zu den Aufgaben.
• Die reguläre Ausbildungsdauer beträgt 3,5 Jahre.

• We are looking for trainees to become toolmakers specializing in stamping technology (m/f/d) starting on 1 September 2027.
• As a toolmaker, you will process components for our toolmaking department, work with metals and other materials, and manufacture tools of all kinds.
• Designing and building individual parts for e.g. printing, stamping, pressing and forming tools, as well as setting up individual tools in machines, creating machine programs and improving processes, are among the daily tasks of a toolmaker.
• In addition, quality tests and the development of individual solutions according to customer requirements are part of the work.
• The regular apprenticeship lasts 3,5 years.
