Henkel is seeking an experienced engineering leader to shape and govern the global technology and engineering strategy for a key manufacturing technology platform within Adhesive Technologies.

You will lead a global team of senior engineers, drive technology excellence across the production network, and ensure effective deployment of standards, innovation, and capital investments that support business growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in manufacturing, process engineering, technology development or leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading global engineering teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management with deep technical manufacturing expertise.
• Fluent English required.

About this Position

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to shape and govern the global technology and engineering strategy for a key manufacturing technology platform within Adhesive Technologies. In this role, you will lead a global team of senior engineering professionals, drive technology excellence across the production network, and ensure the effective deployment of engineering standards, innovation, and capital investments that support business growth and operational excellence.

What you´ll do

• Lead and develop a global team of Senior Process Engineering Managers across multiple regions and manufacturing sites
• Establish and govern global engineering standards, best practices, and technical design principles
• Provide technical leadership and governance for major capital investment and process improvement programs
• Drive the standardization and global deployment of successful technologies, engineering solutions, and automation initiatives
• Partner with Supply Chain, Innovation, and Business teams to translate strategic objectives into executable technology plans
• Build organizational capability through knowledge sharing, succession planning, and the development of future technical leaders
• Define and drive the global technology and engineering strategy for the assigned technology platform

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, technology development, or engineering leadership roles
• Proven experience leading global engineering teams and driving complex transformation or technology deployment programs within a matrix organization
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills, combined with deep technical expertise in manufacturing technologies and engineering disciplines
• Fluent English skills
