Zusammenfassung

Henkel is seeking a senior engineering-focused professional to act as the central contact for global innovation projects. You will interface between Global Engineering and Global Innovation, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to assess feasibility, scalability, and industrial requirements across all innovation phases.

You will team with Global R&D to evaluate emerging technologies, support industrialization, and ensure successful technology transfer into manufacturing.

About This Position

What makes you a good fit

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in engineering, industrialization, manufacturing, or innovation within an FMCG or comparable production environment
• Proven hands-on experience leading industrial CAPEX projects of €3M+ related to new product introductions, including specification, procurement, installation, commissioning, and start-up of manufacturing equipment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes, ideally in liquids and/or solids production, as well as technology scale-up and new product introduction
• Experience working in international, cross-functional matrix organizations with solid project management and stakeholder management skills
• Business fluent English, willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25%), and the ability to influence stakeholders through a structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach
