PVA TePla Analytical Systems GmbH invites a Technical Writer to create, maintain, and optimize documentation for ultrasound microscopy systems for international customers. You will develop operating instructions, service manuals, and training materials with clear illustrations and user-focused content.

Your Responsibilities

• You create, maintain, and optimize technical documentation for our ultrasound microscopy systems and international customers, from operating instructions and service manuals to training materials
• Different types of documentation, such as user and maintenance manuals, are further developed by you in a target-group-oriented way and complemented by appealing illustrations and graphics
• Technical information is researched independently in close cooperation with development, design engineering, project management, suppliers, and international teams
• Along the development and change process, you coordinate product-related documentation and support the specialist departments
• Within the editorial system, you structure, modularize, and standardize technical content in line with relevant standards, guidelines, and regulations
• You also contribute actively to editorial projects and to the continuous improvement of documentation processes

Your Profile

• You have a degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, or Technical Documentation, comparable training, or relevant experience as a committed career changer
• You ideally bring several years of professional experience in technical documentation, preferably in mechanical or plant engineering or in a high-tech environment such as metrology or the semiconductor industry
• Complex technical topics are quickly understood and presented by you in a precise and clear way
• A structured and independent approach to work comes naturally to you, even when dealing with complex subjects
• Very good German and good to very good English skills enable you to work successfully with international teams
