Tintschl AG is seeking a Technical Writer and Graphic Designer to develop and maintain electronic technical documentation and compelling visuals for aerospace and defence projects. The role combines documentation, illustration, and visual communication, with travel across Germany and Europe as needed.

Requirements include a technical drafting or media design qualification and 4+ years in technical docs, with ASD S1000D/S2000M proficiency and strong Illustrator/Photoshop skills.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in technical drafting, media design, illustration, or similar field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in technical documentation.
• Experience with ASD S1000D and S2000M.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with graphics software such as IsoDraw, CorelDRAW Technical Suite, Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Business-fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe.

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as Technical Writer and Graphic Designer (m/f/d) for an exciting project in the Aerospace and Defence sector.

The role combines technical documentation, technical illustration and visual communication, with a particular focus on complex systems and maintenance documentation.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and maintain electronic technical documentation
• Create technical graphics, illustrations and isometric views for complex documentation and spare parts catalogues
• Produce technical illustrations in accordance with ASD S1000D and S2000M standards
• Prepare technical content for operation, maintenance and servicing documentation
• Create and update internal and customer-facing technical documentation
