Tintschl AG seeks a Weight and Balance Engineer to support Eurofighter mass properties and on-site weighings. You will analyze mass data using CATIA V5, transfer dimensions for inertia calculations, and evaluate modifications against targets.

Requirements include a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent, 3–5 years’ experience, and security clearance Ü2 for NATO projects. Fluent English and good German are needed, with a permanent position offered.

• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in mass properties, aircraft design, statics, MDO, or loads.
• Detailed expertise in MS Office, CATIA V5, and knowledge of VPM and Teamcenter (PDM).
• Fluent English. Good command of German.
• Candidates must be eligible to work on military or NATO projects with the necessary security clearances (Ü2).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Eurofighter mass properties, including handling customer requests, preparing and evaluating aircraft weighings, and supervising weighings on-site.
• Collect and analyze mass-related data using CATIA V5, including calculations of mass, volume, surface area, and center of gravity.
• Transfer component dimensions from drawings in CATIA for inertia calculations.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in mass properties, aircraft design, statics, MDO, or loads.

• Knowledge of standards, drawing processes, and BoM required.
• Fluent English. Good command of German.
