Job summary

CATL in München seeks a technically strong trainer to upskill service agents and OEM engineers in automotive energy systems. You will deliver hands-on training on power batteries and electrical principles.

You will develop and optimize training materials, document field experiences into SOPs and fault case reports, and participate in client meetings to assess and fulfill training needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Auto Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of power battery and electrical principles.
• Proficient in English; other languages a plus.
• Able to use diagnosis tooling such as multimeter, insulation tester and oscilloscope.
• Team player with learning ability and self-motivation.

Job description

• Conduct technical training to service agents or OEMs in order to improve technical and products competency.
• Develop and optimize training materials according to business needs and product upgrading.
• Business meeting with company clients, identifying customer training needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conclude the field technical experience and transfrom them into technical documents, like SOP, faulty case.

Experience and skill requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical or Auto Engineering
• Basic knowledge of power battery and familiar with electrical principle
• Be able to use common tools and diagnosis tooling, like multi-meter, insulation tester, oscilloscope, and so on.
• Minimum 3 years working technical experience in automotive(electric mobility) , energy industry or high voltage battery maintenance field.
• Proficient in English, prioritize if handle other languages, like Spanish, French, Portuguese. Excellent language expression ability;
• Be integrity and a good team player, with excellent learning ability and self-motivated.
