Job summary

Siemens seeks a dedicated Training Specialist to design and deliver hands-on training on power system protection for international teams. You will create curricula, run workshops, and coach customers to enhance operational performance under critical conditions.

Requires several years in electrification and a Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, with strong German and English skills and willingness to travel. Siemens offers flexible schedules and a broad benefits portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience in electrification, power transmission and distribution, power system protection.
• Knowledge of SIPROTEC V, SIPROTEC 5 and/or SIPROTEC 4 is a plus.
• Advanced German and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advanced training about power system protection and provide practical, hands-on training under critical conditions.
• Support and coach customers and internal teams on power system protection topics and advise on operations to meet needs.
• Create sustainable curricula and develop training programs for customers.
• Facilitate workshops and simulations in technical operations.
• Support development and improvement of scenarios, tools, simulations, and frameworks for future-ready operations.
• Contribute to R&D initiatives to integrate new technologies into solutions.

• You have advanced level of German and English.
