Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation in Erlangen seeks a Lead System Architect (m/f/d) to own the SST system architecture for power electronics, align interfaces, and drive a robust technical concept from vision to realization.

You will validate customer and contractual requirements, guide evaluation of realization options, and coach cross‑functional teams including R&D, testing, manufacturing, logistics, and operations to deliver cost‑efficient solutions.

• You are skilled in leading interdisciplinary teams and guiding system architecture decisions in dynamic environments

• Languages: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
