• Deliver classroom technical training on mobile video technologies to external customers and occasionally internal employees


• Deliver virtual instructor-led technical training on mobile video technologies


• Conduct training primarily at customer locations and occasionally virtually


• Travel to Motorola Solutions facilities or customer locations based on business needs


• Teach agency customers/end users and staff how to use and operate complex software products and services


• Present training using varied classroom methods, including lectures, PowerPoint, flip charts, and online projection


• Compile comprehensive training and technical documents and course materials


• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness


• Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and customer/representative feedback


• Build relationships with Public Safety/First Responder customers and internal product/solution teams


• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to create end-user and technical training programs


• Update course curricula to reflect product design and market changes


• Demonstrate training effectiveness through program evaluation and continuous improvement


• Travel domestically and occasionally internationally, up to 75%

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical training experience, preferably focused on public safety communication systems, solutions, and applications


• Demonstrated ability to enable cross functional teams to meet or exceed business objectives and motivate co-workers while fostering strong working relationships


• Strong communication, interpersonal, project management, and time management skills


• Proven experience driving significant improvements with a team and business


• Ability to perform effectively during times of ambiguity, rapid change, and growth


• Ability to understand and explain End to End solutions to students in varying job functions


• 4+ years prior Information Technology and/or training experience


• 1+ year Law Enforcement / Public Safety Experience


• 1+ year Body Camera and/or In-Car Camera (Mobile Video) Experience


• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer


• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required


• Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position


• Willing and able to travel up to 75%
