Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned professional to lead discovery and map agency processes to the CommandCentral cloud portfolio. You will translate operational needs into precise system configurations and mentor agency admins for secure, scalable setups.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve roadblocks, ensure data integrity, and support long-term platform health to drive customer success.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, RMS, and/or Jail Applications.
• Prior experience with Motorola Solutions products, particularly the CommandCentral suite.
• Must be able to travel 25% of the time throughout the U.S. and pass CJIS fingerprint background check.

• Translate backend dependencies, platform settings, and integration capabilities into workflow-aligned concepts.
• Guide agencies in configuring and tailoring software for public safety operations.
• Ensure business logic, data inputs, and system rules are configured accurately before end-user rollout.
• Partner with Provisioning, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and Sales to resolve technical and workflow roadblocks.
• Provide technical clarity to support long-term platform health and customer success.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred in a relevant field such as Public Safety, Information Technology, Business, or Communications
• 3+ years of experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch), Records Management Systems (RMS), and/or Jail Applications
• Prior experience with Motorola Solutions products, particularly the CommandCentral suite
• General understanding of networking, PC environments, and Operating Systems for software configuration and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of cloud computing and software preferred
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external customer stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of the strategic, tactical, and operational needs of Public Safety Agencies
• Proven ability to evaluate complex business processes and solve configuration roadblocks
• Ability to present findings to agency leadership
• Must be able to travel 25% of the time throughout the U.S.
• Ability to work in high-security areas governed by the US Department of Justice’s CJIS Security Policy
• Must successfully pass a stringent fingerprint background check
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
• Employer work permit sponsorship is not available
