• Aptitude to learn electromechanical equipment maintenance; undertake regular business trips to headquarters for training on product repair and engineering rollout.
• Supervise repair quality and service processes to ensure compliance with German customers’ requirements for service standardisation and transparency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience at a Chinese-funded enterprise based in Germany, OR a minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience (all industries considered; technical team management preferred).
• Familiar with standard local personnel management procedures in Germany.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of the core framework of German labour law, in particular the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG), Working Time Act and Dismissal Protection Act; capable of identifying risks and raising timely warnings.
• Fluent German (C1 level or above) as the primary working language.
