NAXCON GmbH in Bremen is seeking a Technical Specialist for Custom Manufacturing to lead prototype production of electronic assemblies and cables based on drawings and BOMs. You will drive modifications, ensure production readiness, and support supplier quality during development projects.

Ideal candidates bring extensive electronics manufacturing experience, strong metalworking skills, and fluency in English and German to collaborate across diverse teams in a full-time Bremen-based role.

• Electronics technician training with master craftsman/technician or equivalent.
• Several years of professional experience.
• Strong metalworking, machine tools, and assembly skills.
• Good knowledge of IPC standards.
• Proficiency in English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Produce prototype assemblies based on hand-drawn sketches.
• Produce cables based on hand-drawn sketches.
• Prototype production of electronic assemblies according to drawings, diagrams, and BOMs.
• Prototype production of cables according to drawings, diagrams, and BOMs.
• Implement modifications to electronic assemblies per drawing documentation.
• Implement modifications to cables per drawing documentation.
• Implement modifications to devices based on drawing documentation.
• Perform customer repairs on special technical assemblies (e.g., demonstrators).
• Create or review manufacturing documentation for production readiness.
• Conduct practical feasibility tests in cable, electronics, and device manufacturing.
• Prepare implementation proposals in assembly, connection technology, device tech, and test equipment areas.
• Participate in supplier audits and evaluate supplier deliveries for manufacturing quality.
• Prepare decision-making documents for procurement of tools and equipment for development workshops.

Requirements

• Completed training as an electronics technician with further training to become a master craftsman/technician or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience
• Excellent knowledge of metalworking, the operation of machine tools, and assembly and joining techniques
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP and MS Office
• Good knowledge of relevant standards (IPC)
• Good command of English and German
• Strong manual dexterity
• Goal-oriented and independent work style, as well as an open-minded attitude and the ability to work well in a team
