Putzier Oberflächentechnik GmbH in Germany seeks a Technical Sales Representative / CNC Manufacturing Calculator (m/f/d) to bridge technology and sales, calculate production times, and review manufacturing costs in close collaboration with production teams.

You will create and follow up offers, clarify technical queries with customers, evaluate feasibility of components (turning, milling, grinding, thermal spraying), and contribute to optimizing processes and cost calculation principles.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical apprenticeship in CNC machining or similar.
• Several years of CNC manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerances, materials and machining strategies.
• Experience in work preparation or calculation of CNC components.
• Safe handling of technical drawings and ideally CAD/CAM.

Aufgaben

• Self-employed processing and evaluating customer inquiries and technical drawings.
• Examination of technical feasibility of components (turning, milling, grinding, thermal spraying) in coordination with sales.
• Calculation of production times and determination of manufacturing costs.

Your profile

• A completed technical apprenticeship as CNC machinist, industrial mechanic or mechanical engineering technician (m/f/d) or similar
• Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing (turning/milling)
• Solid understanding of Manufacturing processes, tolerances, materials and machining strategies
• Experience in Work preparation or calculation of CNC components
• Safe handling of technical drawings and ideally CAD/CAM systems
• Analytical thinking, cost awareness, and a structured work approach
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers and internal departments.
