Zusammenfassung

Sungrow Europe is seeking a Technical Sales Coordinator ESS to drive tailored battery energy storage solutions for customers across the DACH region. You will lead high-quality technical advisory activities for ESS pre-sales and coordinate interfaces across electrical, mechanical, civil and control-system disciplines.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, possess hands-on BESS experience, and can communicate in German and English at C1 level.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent (electrical focus preferred).
• Hands-on experience with BESS technologies, ideally in Germany and Europe.
• Knowledge of energy storage technologies, solutions, and market developments.
• Experience providing technical advisory support to investors or project developers.
• Contributed to international ESS or hybrid renewable-energy projects.
• Strong client communication with utilities, EPC partners, and stakeholders.
• Familiar with ESS specifications, European regulations, and IEC/IEEE standards.
• German and English at C1 level; other European languages a plus.

• Review conceptual and detailed ESS designs, identifying practical technical improvements for customer projects.
• Prepare and manage technical specifications, tender processes, supplier negotiations and battery storage plant selection.
• Support due diligence activities, financial-close processes and technical discussions with customers, lenders, legal advisors and financial advisors.

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification, ideally with an electrical engineering focus.
• You bring hands-on experience with BESS technologies, ideally gained in Germany and other European or international markets.
• You have strong knowledge of established and emerging energy storage technologies, solutions and market developments.
• You have experience providing technical advisory support to investors, project developers or other stakeholders.
• You have contributed to the development or delivery of international ESS or hybrid renewable-energy projects.
• You communicate confidently with clients, utilities, EPC partners, balance-of-plant providers and other project stakeholders.
• You are familiar with ESS technical specifications, European regulations and relevant IEC and IEEE standards.
• You have German and English language skills at C1 level; additional European languages are a plus.
