Aufgaben

• Complete detailed claims reviews and compare them against industry standards.
• Discuss and coordinate activities with adjusters and contractors regarding deviations from industry standards.
• Obtain detailed claim information from contractors, including moisture readings, sketches, photos, and other documentation.
• Review potential deviations with contractors and determine allowable work.
• Create estimates and sketches in Xactimate to facilitate claims settlement.
• Reach agreed settlement amounts with contractors.
• Prepare written review summaries based on IICRC standards for submission to carriers.
• Receive, enter, and manage insured-hired claims, including documentation follow-up.
• Work with supervisors and senior team members to ensure claims are handled properly.
• Enter claim details and results into company systems for tracking and reporting.
• Handle fire and contents claims, mold claims, larger water losses, and commercial claims.
• Adhere to company and department policies.
