As a Technical Recruiter, you will be tasked with a critical responsibility - growing our technical roles across the business, along with non-technical roles as needed. You will partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to bring creativity and strategy to source top talents. Passionate about the blockchain space, almost degen, you have a natural flair for identifying great technical contributors in the space.

What you'll do:
  • Work closely with Talent leadership and execute the talent strategy.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Operate with a high level of urgency with a consultative approach to stakeholders.
  • Expertly lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles.
  • Leverage data insights and reporting to drive recruiting initiatives.
  • Follow existing processes while identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
  • Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Be creative and flexible when strategically sourcing talent.
  • Nurture trust-based, candidate relationships exemplifying a high level of candidate experience.
  • Build an external talent network.
  • Drive employer branding across diverse platforms.
  • Extend employment offers.
What you’ll need:
  • MUST have a passion for AND professional experience recruiting within blockchain / web3 space.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in full-lifecycle recruiting; prior tech startup experience is ideal.
  • Possess extreme ownership and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management.
  • Exceptional work ethic and highly coachable.
  • Familiar with Lever or a comparable applicant tracking system.
  • Strong planning and operational skills.
