Position

Senior Technical Property Manager – Germany

Responsibilities

• Ensuring, monitoring and managing the operational technical property management
• Monitoring compliance with maintenance and inspection plans as well as general safety regulations and legal requirements
• Technical assessment, recommendation, commissioning and coordination of CapEx and repair measures
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers
• Warranty management and insurance claims management
• Budget preparation and control, managing costs, quality, budget and timelines
• Conducting regular property inspections
• Close collaboration with commercial property managers and asset management

Qualifications

• Completed degree in a technical field or technical training, preferably with an additional qualification (e.g., real estate economist)
• Solid technical experience in property and/or facility management for commercial real estate
• Independent and self‑reliant working style
• Strong network of craftsmen and service providers
• Team player with commitment, flexibility and assertiveness
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• German (native or bilingual) and English (professional working level)
