• Solid understanding of technical building systems and safety regulations.
• Solid understanding of technical building systems, MSR technology, and safety regulations.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and optimising maintenance processes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance operational and strategic priorities.
• Confident in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written); other languages an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Southern Germany.
