Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to become part of our Supply Tech Enabling Team within our Supply Tech Unit at ABOUT YOU.

Our Supply Tech Unit is responsible for discovering and creating technical solutions for integrating our supply from beginning to end. With a keen understanding of our supply business and extensive knowledge of the system landscape that runs our ABOUT YOU shops in over 20 countries, they seamlessly integrate merchants who sell at ABOUT YOU across a wide range of business models.

Our Supply Tech Enabling Team is responsible for steering our important initiatives for the Supply Business Area across our diverse system landscape. This includes end-to-end project ownership, from initial business requirements analysis through to hypercare supervision, while also ensuring the integrity and smooth operation of existing processes through proactive monitoring and bug investigation/resolution.

As a key member of our ABOUT YOU Supply Tech Enabling Team, your role will focus on ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement across our entire product assortment across different business models.

What you will do:

  • Examine and analyze operational anomalies across the assortment and business models, identifying root causes and relevant teams for resolution.
  • Drive alignment and clear communication with diverse internal and external stakeholders on operational processes and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with relevant application teams, providing clear insights to guide necessary adjustments and fixes.
  • Facilitate seamless operational adjustments and support business needs, such as partner onboarding and evolving service requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and document E2E testing with stakeholders, with a high motivation to get involved wherever needed / possible.
  • Diligently track and monitor the lifecycle of bug tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
  • Uphold standardized operational processes, contributing to their continuous improvement and consistent application.
  • Provide space for your own ideas and creations, with flat hierarchies and very short decision-making processes.

Who you are:

  • Completed studies in business informatics or a comparable course of study.
  • 2-5 years of practical experience with project management/business analysis within tech organizations.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Fast understanding of complex tasks with many variables and high complexity.
