Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced project manager for residential and real estate development in Hamburg. You will oversee projects, coordinate architects and contractors, and drive cost, schedule and quality control to successful completion.

You will support tendering, bid evaluation and contract awards while reviewing change orders and contributing to cost analyses and procurement standards. Collaboration with management and external partners is essential.

• Experience in residential and real estate development projects with cost control and tendering.
• Proven ability to manage complex contracts and stakeholder relationships.
