Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a capable project coordinator with focus on capital projects within a corporate real estate setting in Frankfurt. You will support execution and delivery across the firm’s global portfolio and independently manage smaller projects from planning through delivery.

You will coordinate budgets, schedules, procurement materials, and reporting deliverables, while assisting in managing third-party consultants and vendors to ensure quality and compliance throughout project execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Working knowledge of design and construction processes and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience delivering or supporting office fit-out and capital projects.
• Experience in corporate real estate, project management, or construction.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
