Jobtailor is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day FM operations in Cologne, ensuring a smooth and compliant office environment. You will coordinate maintenance, services, and vendor relationships while driving workplace improvements and business continuity initiatives.

You will manage external providers, support contract negotiations, and monitor performance. Collaboration with stakeholders will continuously enhance facilities services and the overall workplace experience.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, or Workplace Management.
