• Act as a central link between Sales, Engineering and Project Management.
• Coordinate customer-specific technical requirements throughout the different phases of a project.
• Ensure requests are clearly defined, assessed and assigned to appropriate technical experts.
• Review customer-specific technical requirements regarding completeness, feasibility, cost and implementation timeline.
• Coordinate Project Specific Requests and Engineering Change Requests across Sales, Engineering and Project Management.
• Assess which technical disciplines need to be involved (e.g., mechanical, electrical, network or system engineering).
• Assign requests to relevant technical experts and ensure responsibilities and priorities are defined.
• Track open topics, initiate expert discussions and follow up on information and decisions.
• Ensure customer commitments during sales are transferred into engineering and project execution.
• Maintain and update technical requests in PLM and ticketing systems.
• Lead regular coordination meetings with global Sales Engineering stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and analyses on request status, response times, workload and process performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve cross-functional collaboration, transparency and processing times.
