Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany (Saxony) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-department initiatives from initiation to completion. You will plan, prioritize, and track goals and milestones while applying standardized project management practices with Jira and Confluence.

You will support teams across departments, foster workshops and alignment sessions, and contribute to process improvement and continuous development of PM standards. German language fluency is required, English a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial vocational training and/or a degree, ideally supplemented by a project management certification.
• Several years of project management experience with traditional, agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Confident use of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as MS Office.
• Knowledge of process management or willingness to develop these skills.
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking; ability to work across teams and departments.
• Very good German language skills and, ideally, good English skills.
