Aufgaben

• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for residential buildings and hotels contracts.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Oversee cost control, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non-compliance.
