The company has a strong track record of funding and growth, a highly skilled international team, and a collaborative, mission-driven culture. They offer senior hires the chance to take ownership of critical projects, influence key decisions, and make a tangible impact in the circular economy.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to take responsibility for a sub-project worth over €20 million within the construction of a new hydrometallurgical battery recycling facility.

  • Oversee construction progress, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and efficiency targets
  • Support approval processes and ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Report regularly to senior project leadership, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies
Profile
  • Degree in engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, or similar
  • 3–5+ years’ experience managing large-scale projects in plant engineering, ideally in chemicals or recycling
  • Solid knowledge of EPC(M) project management and working with general contractors
  • Experience with project controlling, risk management, and regulatory approvals
  • Familiarity with waste management regulations, immission control, or chemical park structures is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with proven stakeholder management ability
  • Team-oriented mindset with readiness to take responsibility and drive ambitious projects forward
