Zusammenfassung

Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to lead the technical implementation and construction of large-scale commercial PV projects, including battery storage and EV charging solutions. You will manage projects from planning through to commissioning and handover, acting as the main contact for customers and partners.

You will coordinate technical planning, procurement, and site activities, while ensuring compliance with electrical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar; or electrical vocational training with Master Electrician / Technician qualification.
• Several years of experience planning and delivering large-scale PV projects.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience with PV SOL, AutoCAD, or similar planning/design software.
• Strong knowledge of relevant electrical standards and regulations.
• Experience with BESS and/or EV charging is advantageous.
• German language at C1+ level.

Aufgaben

The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of the technical implementation and construction of large-scale commercial PV projects.

You will manage projects from planning and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and handover, acting as the main point of contact for customers and project partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the technical planning and construction of large-scale PV projects.

• Plan the DC side of PV systems, supported by specialist engineers for complex AC concepts.

• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, installation partners, and commissioning.

• Conduct site inspections, construction supervision, and project acceptance.

• Manage project schedules, costs, quality, and documentation.

• Support sales with technical site assessments and project proposals.
