Hunter Philips Executive Search is assisting a fast-growing German renewable energy developer to hire a Senior PV Planner to own technical planning across the portfolio. The role focuses on cable routing, electrical layouts and documenting designs, while coordinating with EPC and construction teams.

Candidates should have experience in solar PV project planning, DC/AC electrical planning, and knowledge of grid connections and VDE standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience planning and designing Solar PV projects.
• Good knowledge of DC & AC electrical planning.
• Experience with grid connections and VDE standards.
• Relevant electrical/PV planning software experience.

The Company: A fast-growing German renewable energy developer specialising in utility-scale Solar PV / Agri-PV, with a growing focus on BESS. The company is expanding its in-house EPC capabilities and has a strong pipeline of projects moving towards construction.

They are now looking for a Senior PV Planner to take ownership of technical planning across their portfolio.

The Role:

• Cable routing, electrical layouts and technical documentation.
• Grid connection planning and communication with grid operators.
• Ensure designs meet VDE and German grid standards.
• Work closely with the EPC and construction teams.
• Support the development of internal planning processes.
• Future exposure to BESS projects.

The Person:

• Experience planning and designing Solar PV projects.
