SR2 is partnering with an exciting client in the renewable energy sector to find a PV Project Manager to support rooftop solar projects across Residential and C&I markets. This is a great opportunity for someone with initial hands-on experience in photovoltaic projects who is looking to take on more project responsibility and continue developing within the solar industry.

You will work with experienced colleagues, contractors and technical teams to ensure successful delivery while coordinating

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a comparable field.
• 1–3 years of experience in photovoltaic projects, project coordination, or construction.
• Experience with rooftop PV projects in Residential and/or C&I sectors.
• Ability to read metering concepts, single-line diagrams and layout plans.
• Familiarity with PV project lifecycle from planning to commissioning.
• Strong communication in German (C1) and English.

Aufgaben

• Support and manage rooftop PV projects across Residential and C&I.
• Coordinate activities from planning through construction and commissioning.

• Monitor timelines, budgets, quality and deliverables.
• Attend construction sites to support project delivery.

SR2 is partnering with an exciting client in the renewable energy sector to find a PV Project Manager to support the delivery of rooftop solar projects across the Residential and C&I markets.

This is a great opportunity for someone with initial hands-on experience in photovoltaic projects who is looking to take on more project responsibility and continue developing within the solar industry.

You will support projects throughout their lifecycle, working alongside experienced colleagues, contractors, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Support and manage rooftop PV projects across Residential and C&I
• Coordinate project activities from planning through construction and commissioning
• Support the management of subcontractors and external service providers
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and key deliverables
• Attend construction sites and support the successful delivery of installations
• Review and coordinate technical project documentation
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams
• Support communication with customers, grid operators, authorities, and other project stakeholders
• Identify project risks and escalate issues where required
• Support project handover and commissioning activities

Your Experience

• Around 1-3 years of experience within photovoltaic projects, ideally in project management, project coordination, engineering, or construction
• Practical exposure to rooftop PV projects, ideally across Residential and/or C&I installations
• Understanding of the PV project lifecycle from planning through to installation and commissioning
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation such as metering concepts, single-line diagrams, and layout plans
• Knowledge or practical exposure to VDE 4105 and VDE 4110
• Basic understanding of construction-site health and safety requirements
• A practical, hands-on approach with an interest in delivering successful solar projects
• German language skills at C1 level or above and strong English communication skills

Your Profile

• Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a comparable field
• Initial experience coordinating projects, contractors, or technical workstreams
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Motivated to develop further within PV project management
• Comfortable spending time on-site and working closely with construction and technical teams
