Zusammenfassung

Enemix is expanding its Germany delivery team and is seeking a capable project manager to own battery storage projects (20 to 50MW) from end to end across active sites. You will coordinate contractors, suppliers and internal teams, and engage local authorities in German while keeping multiple construction timetables on track.

With 3+ years in project management in renewables, a degree in renewables or electrical/civil engineering, you will thrive in a startup-like environment with hybrid working

Qualifikationen

• Three years or more of project management experience, ideally in renewable energy.
• A degree in renewables, electrical engineering or civil engineering.
• Solid understanding of electricity and power systems.
• German at C1 or above, plus fluent English.
• Self-starter who stays motivated and organized without close management.
• Confident communicating with mayors, officials and external stakeholders.
• Direct battery storage or grid-connected infrastructure delivery experience.
• Exposure to high-voltage projects.
• Comfort operating in a startup or scale-up environment.

Our client is one of Europe's fastest-growing independent energy storage businesses. They build, own and operate large-scale battery storage across several European markets, delivering storage as a service to utilities, grid operators, energy traders and large industrial users. Backed by leading banks and industrial partners, they are turning a substantial pipeline into operating assets.

In Germany, they are scaling a dedicated project realization team from the ground up. The pipeline is real and funded, with around eleven projects due to be realized by next summer and several already at or near financial close.

Why they are hiring

The German delivery team is growing from three internal project professionals towards eight to ten. They are looking for a capable project manager to take ownership across active sites, run smaller work packages independently, and support senior PMs on larger high-voltage projects.
