Zusammenfassung

MAHLE is seeking a Technical Field Support Representative for Northern Germany. You will provide professional technical support to workshops and distribution partners across the Northern Germany region, strengthening MAHLE’s technical competence and market presence.

You will conduct field visits, deliver training sessions, and support the Sales team at events and MAHLE Techtalks. A Master Automotive Mechatronics Technician or equivalent, strong German/English skills, and willingness to travel

Qualifikationen

• Technical vocational qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket/technical service.
• Excellent German and English presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 4 days/week).
• Strong IT skills, especially CRM and MS Office.

• Provide on-site technical support, including troubleshooting and warranty claim assessments.

• Systematically document all activities in the CRM system.
• Collect market and competitor intelligence and feedback.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with workshops, wholesalers, and educational institutions.

• Provide on-site technical support, including troubleshooting and the assessment of customer complaints and warranty claims
• Support the Sales team at customer events, trade fairs, and technical formats such as MAHLE Techtalks
• Develop and continuously improve technical training and information materials
• Systematically document all activities in the CRM system
• Collect and share market and competitor intelligence, as well as customer feedback
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with workshops, wholesalers, and educational institutions

Through your expertise, you will strengthen MAHLE’s technical competence and market presence.

• Plan and deliver technical training sessions, factory tours, and product presentations
• Provide on‑site technical support, including troubleshooting and the assessment of customer complaints and warranty claims
• Support the Sales team at customer events, trade fairs, and technical formats such as MAHLE Techtalks
• Develop and continuously improve technical training and information materials
• Systematically document all activities in the CRM system
• Collect and share market and competitor intelligence, as well as customer feedback
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with workshops, wholesalers, and educational institutions

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Successfully completed a technical vocational qualification, ideally as a Master Automotive Mechatronics Technician or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a technical field service role
• Strong technical knowledge, preferably within the automotive aftermarket environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both German and English
• High customer focus, ability to work independently, and a confident professional demeanor
• Good IT skills, particularly in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel extensively (approximately 4 days per week)
• Residence in Northern Germany is preferred, or willingness to relocate to the region
