Zusammenfassung

MAHLE sucht eine verantwortungsbewusste Fachkraft in der Arbeitsvorbereitung für die Montage, um unsere Fertigungsprozesse effizient zu planen und kontinuierlich zu optimieren.

Sie erstellen Arbeitspläne, planen Produktionsanlagen, unterstützen Produktstarts und arbeiten eng mit der Projektorganisation zusammen, um technische Herausforderungen zu lösen. Teamorientiert, durchsetzungsstark und kommunikativ, bringen Sie Lean-Kompetenz und SAP-Kenntnisse ein.

Qualifikationen

• Technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau/Produktion.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der Metallbearbeitung.
• Fundierte Lean-Production-Kenntnisse.
• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP PP und Erfahrung mit PLM-Systemen.
• Gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis.
• Durchsetzungsstark, teamfähig und kommunikationsstark.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Erstellen und Pflegen von Arbeitsplänen und Arbeitsanweisungen unter Berücksichtigung technischer und wirtschaftlicher Aspekte.
• Planung von Produktionsanlagen mit Fokus auf Kosteneffizienz, Unterstützung bei Angeboten und Freigaben.
• Unterstützung bei Produktlaunches und Serienproduktion, enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektorganisation zur Lösung technischer Herausforderungen.
• Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen, inklusive ergonomischer und effizienter Arbeitsplatzgestaltung.
• Bewertung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zur Steigerung von Produktivität und Qualität.

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Successfully completed technical degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology or similar)
• Professional experience in the metalworking industry, ideally in the field of mechanical processing
• Solid knowledge of Lean Production
• Confident handling of SAP (module PP) and experience with PLM systems
• Strong commercial understanding
• Confident demeanor combined with a high level of assertiveness
• Team-oriented and communicative personality
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English required
