In this position as Technical Advisor (m / f / d) Polish Support you will respond to basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature including hardware / software, or other designated client products. This position assists external users of the client's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.

With the following conditions :

as soon as possible | full time | Berlin - Andreasstraße 10 | Support languages : Polish (C1) and English (B2) | Service hours : Monday - Friday between 8.45am and 5.15pm | a fix Salary : 2.950,00€ gross / month | a monthly Bonus : up to 737,50 € | temporary contract

What you will do in this role

• As a technical supporter, you will contact customers via phone, chat and email after making an appointment
• You support customers with the integration of their website, their store or their account and provide assistance in solving technical challenges
• Thanks to your analytical approach, you identify content and performance potentials and advise the customer on the technical integration and improvement of processes
• You accompany your customers during the implementation of measures
• With diligence, you track the successes of the customers through constant monitoring

Your qualifications

• Are fluently in word and speech in Polish (minimum C1) and have very good command of English (at least B2 level).
• Have at least 1 year of experience in Sales and 3 years experience in general – you should have a commercial mindset, be strongly sales driven, and possess entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skills.
• Previous experience with social media advertising, digital marketing and various tools such as Pixel, MS Office and electronic mail systems as well as API / SDK integration is welcome.
• Own strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills.
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Can guarantee a Fulltime valid working visa for Germany - no student visa accepted.
