AlertMedia is seeking a customer-focused technical advisor to act as the trusted interface for assigned accounts, translating business goals into durable technical solutions and guiding implementation from kickoff to production.

You will be a long-term advocate, manage escalations, provide proactive technical guidance, and collaborate across teams to ensure ongoing success and optimal outcomes for our customers.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role with enterprise or mid-market accounts.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and technologies like SSO, SCIM, and SFTP.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
