Trunk Tools is seeking a senior program leader to manage a portfolio of complex customer-facing implementations, coordinating across Sales, Product, and Operations. You will act as the primary escalation point, ensuring alignment among internal and external stakeholders and delivering projects on time.

With 5+ years in similar roles, you will influence outcomes, communicate clearly, and drive action across cross-functional teams in a fast-growing AI-driven construction tech company.

• 5+ years as a customer-facing implementation manager, project manager, or management consultant.
• Experience running complex projects with enterprise clients and strong interpersonal skills.
• A persuasive, results-driven influencer with exceptional communication and a bias towards action.
