Akamai Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager in the Enterprise Security Group to serve strategic enterprise customers in the EMEA region, guiding Zero Trust segmentation implementations and optimizing the value of Akamai's platform.

You will own the technical relationship, drive adoption, deliver strategic value, and help grow opportunities while leveraging Linux/Windows experience and strong networking knowledge. Fluent English and German are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, and segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows environments and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in English and German, with enterprise customer exposure in EMEA.

As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Guardicore Segmentation at Akamai Technologies, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our strategic enterprise customers. You will guide them in implementing and optimizing Zero Trust segmentation strategies, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform while strengthening their security posture.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have relevant experience in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar)

• Have experience with cybersecurity concepts (Zero Trust, microsegmentation, threat detection)
• Have hands-on experience with Linux/Windows environments
