Nordex Group is seeking a senior construction leader to drive site management across multiple wind farm locations. You will plan activities, secure resources, and monitor progress to ensure budget compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or related field, 5+ years in wind energy with leadership experience, and strong communication in English; German is a plus. The position is full-time and on-site, with international collaboration opportunities.

YOUR TASKS

Responsibility for construction site costs, budget compliance, and efficiency improvement

Leadership and support of Site Managers across multiple wind farm locations

Planning of construction activities, resources, and key milestones in close collaboration with project teams

Ensuring the availability of personnel, equipment, and materials at construction sites

Monitoring construction progress and reporting relevant KPIs and project status updates

Early identification and resolution of construction-related challenges

Interface management between Site Management, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, and Logistics

Development and continuous support of Site Managers through targeted learning and development initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or a comparable qualification

Alternatively, a technical qualification with solid hands-on experience in construction site environments

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the wind energy sector or large-scale renewable energy projects

Several years of leadership experience, ideally within international project environments

Proven experience managing teams across multiple construction site locations

Fluent English skills (C1); German language skills are an advantage

Structured working style and strong communication skills

High level of ownership, solution-oriented mindset, and strong team spirit
