Nordex SE in Hamburg seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multi-site wind energy projects. You will manage budgets, schedule resources, and ensure compliance with contractual and safety standards across civil works and site readiness stages.

Applicants should have 5+ years in construction project leadership, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera. A German driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

YOUR TASKS

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the wind energy, renewable energy, or construction sectors
• Strong ability to monitor and manage project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-control measures effectively
• Proficiency in developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address construction challenges and delays promptly
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and coordination with stakeholders at all levels
• In-depth understanding of wind energy construction processes, equipment, and industry regulations
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and cost management tools
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 - C1 Level); additional language skills (Spanish, German) are an advantage
• A valid driver’s license recognized in Germany is required for this position
