Nordex SE is seeking a Civil Site Manager in Hamburg to oversee construction progress, quality, and site conditions through regular site visits. You will ensure readiness before key activities and verify preconditions, coordinating with stakeholders and leading technical meetings.

The role requires a civil engineering degree or equivalent, plus experience with concrete structures or infrastructure; wind energy is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with concrete structures or infrastructure projects; wind energy is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in construction.
• Valid German driving license and willingness to travel.
• German B2 and good English skills, written and spoken.

YOUR TASKS

• Monitor construction progress, quality, and site conditions through regular site visits as Civil Site Manager
• Ensure site readiness ahead of key construction activities and verify all required preconditions
• Oversee and track execution of civil works in line with design documents, specifications, and applicable standards
• Conduct inspections and release activities for subsequent construction phases based on defined quality criteria
• Identify risks early, proactively elevate deviations, and support implementation of mitigation measures
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and lead coordination and technical meetings
• Track project milestones, ensure compliance with HSE requirements, and provide structured reporting and documentation

Opportunity to grow into a full lifecycle role, including later project phases such as turbine erection.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or technical qualification with strong relevant site experience or equivalent
• Proven experience in concrete structures or infrastructure projects, experience in wind energy is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management within construction environments
• High level of ownership, independent working style, and solution-oriented mindset
• Valid German driving license and high willingness to travel
• German language skills (minimum B2 level) and good English skills, both written and spoken
