Zusammenfassung

Nordex SE, Hamburg, is seeking a seasoned Global Sourcing Manager to shape and lead sourcing for concrete tower components across international wind-energy projects. You will drive supplier selection, RFQs, and contracting in a fast-paced, project-driven setting.

You will manage market analyses, cost optimization, and supplier development to ensure quality, delivery, and sustainability targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing / procurement in wind, construction, or similar industries.
• Fluent in English and German (C1/C2).
• Experience with SAP and MS Office products.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Define and execute global sourcing strategies for concrete tower components, aligned with regional expansion
• Lead complex, high-value negotiations as well as supplier selection, RFQs, and contracting in a global, project-driven environment

• Analyze market trends and sourcing opportunities to strengthen supply security and cost efficiency
• Drive supplier performance and development, including KPIs across Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Innovation

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing / procurement in wind, construction, or similar industries
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills (costing, pricing, contracts)
• Experience with SAP and MS Office products, and working in international, cross-functional environments
• Fluent in English + German (C1/C2); additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally
