Nordex Group is seeking a Civil Construction Supervisor to coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedules, and enforce safety and quality on wind-turbine foundation projects in Germany. You will review the Quality Control Plan, prepare documentation, and collaborate with customers and stakeholders.

A civil engineering degree and wind-energy experience are required, with strong leadership and German/English communication.

• Experience in civil construction, ideally wind energy projects and supervisory roles.
• Solid understanding of quality control procedures and local/international regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to guide teams and conduct audits.
• Fluency in German and English (min B2–C1) and valid German driver's license.

• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, report to BOP Manager and stakeholders, maintain project documentation and quality control.
• Ensure timely completion by tracking schedules and adjusting plans to prevent delays.
• Enforce safety regulations and building codes through inspections and hazard identification; ensure compliance with plans, permits, and standards.
• Implement and supervise the Quality Control Plan (QCP), verify completed work and testing; review procedures and resources to meet specs and standards.
• Review foundation installation and provide technical advice during construction phases, applying defined quality procedures and hold points.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of subcontractors, report regularly to the BOP Manager and other stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation of project progress and quality control measures
• Ensure timely project completion by continuously tracking schedules and adjusting plans to prevent delays
• Enforce safety regulations and building codes through regular inspections and identification of hazards or violations, and ensure all construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, permits, and applicable standards
• Implement, supervise, and ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan (QCP), including verification of completed work units and required testing, and review construction procedures and resource requirements to meet design specifications and local/international standards

Review of the foundation installation process and provision of technical advice during construction phases by applying defined quality procedures and hold points, as well as identifying and resolving issues during construction execution

Review of subcontractor resources for the correction of non-conformities, assessment of corrective actions for compliance with QCP requirements and regulations, and effective communication with customers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in civil engineering or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also considered
• Experience in civil construction, ideally in wind energy projects and in supervisory roles
• Solid understanding of quality control procedures and local as well as international regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams, proven ability to resolve conflicts and conduct audits in construction environments, and proficiency in project-related documentation and stakeholder interaction
• Fluency in German and English (minimum B2–C1), both written and spoken, and a valid driver’s license recognized in Germany is required for this position

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

The following valid certifications and safety trainings are required for this position:

• Working at Heights certification (issued within the last 12 months)
• First Aid training
• Fire Awareness training
• Confined Spaces training (due to work in the foundation pit)
