You will lead a team of seven, consisting of three full-time employees and four interns, and ensure that our influencer collaborations not only perfectly align with our brand but also make a measurable contribution to our company’s success. You will combine a strong sense for creators, trends, and authentic storytelling with excellent analytical skills. You will challenge existing structures, develop efficient processes, and lay the foundation for scaling our influencer marketing activities sustainably and profitably.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Professional and disciplinary leadership, coaching, and development of our influencer marketing team, consisting of three full-time employees and four interns.
  • Strategy & Budget Management: Further development of our influencer marketing strategy and responsibility for planning, managing, and optimizing our campaigns and budgets. You will always keep brand awareness, customer acquisition, and profitable revenue growth in mind.
  • Creator Relationship Management: Expanding and maintaining a strong network of relevant influencers, content creators, talent management companies, and agencies. You will identify opportunities for long-term partnerships and further develop existing collaborations.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrating confidence and professionalism in negotiations with creators, talent management companies, and agencies. You know how to negotiate convincing and commercially attractive terms.
  • Performance & Analytics: Continuously analyzing and evaluating our influencer collaborations based on relevant KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, CAC, and ROI. You will identify optimization opportunities and derive data-driven recommendations for action.
  • Process Optimization & Scaling: Analyzing, standardizing, and automating existing workflows. You have a strong drive to transform manual tasks into automated workflows (with the help of AI).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with our Performance Marketing, Social Media, Creative, and E-Commerce teams to fully integrate influencer marketing into our overall marketing and growth strategy.
