Racyics GmbH in Frankfurt/Main is seeking a Team Lead Physical Implementation to drive a local team of physical design engineers, support project planning and lead the adoption of advanced design methodologies.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners, optimize RTL2GDS flows and help deliver complex mixed-signal ASIC/SOC designs in leading-edge nodes.

Qualifikationen

• University degree (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc., or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in RTL2GDS in VLSI design of ASICs/SOCs.
• Understanding of RTL basics and mixed-signal integrated electronics.
• Professional English and German language communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with EDA tools like Synthesis, Place&Route, STA and PV.
• Knowledge on state-of-the-art technology nodes.
• Open and proactive communication.
• Experience in employee management.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork skills.

• Support project planning


• Communicate closely with internal and external development partners


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of physical design methodologies and flows

Requirements:

• University degree (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc., or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
