Zusammenfassung

Racyics GmbH seeks an experienced Senior EDA/ASIC CAD Engineer to build and scale our design environment for analog, digital, and mixed-signal IC development. You will work hands-on with state-of-the-art EDA tools, developing automated flows and PDks to improve productivity, quality, and time-to-market.

You will collaborate with engineers to implement robust design flows, standards, and documentation as the organization grows, enabling design teams and external partners to operate efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in commercial EDA tools from Synopsys, Cadence and Siemens EDA.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SKILL, Shell, Tcl, and Perl.
• Solid Linux/Unix shell scripting experience.
• Strong understanding of digital ASIC design flows (synthesis, STA, Place-and-Route and Physical Sign-off).
• Hands-on experience with EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso).
• Experience with LVS, DRC, PEX, and sign-off methodologies.
• Version control experience (Git, SVN).
• Knowledge of LSF/SLURM, License Monitoring and LDAP is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Improve, develop and maintain EDA and CAD tools, scripts, and design flows for ASIC and IP development.
• Build end-to-end design flows covering all major Semi- and Full-Custom Design steps.
• Implement automation frameworks using Python, Perl, Cadence SKILL, Tcl, and Linux shell scripting.
• Enable and maintain PDks
• Support designers with tool and flow usage, debugging, and PPA optimization.
• Introduce flow standardization, documentation, and best practices as the organization grows.
