Zusammenfassung

Racyics is seeking a Team Lead Physical Implementation in Frankfurt/Main. You will lead a local team of physical design engineers, support project planning and communicate with internal and external development partners.

Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement of design methodologies and flows, managing project delivery, and contributing to RTL2GDS experiences in ASIC/SOC flows. Fluency in English and German is required; University degree and 8+ years in field are expected.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in RTL2GDS in VLSI design of ASICs/SOCs.
• Strong understanding of RTL basics and mixed-signal electronics.
• Proficient communication in English and German.

Join our growing team in Frankfurt/Main as team lead physical implementation. In this role, you will support project planning, contribute to the physical design methodologies and lead a team of physical design engineers.

• Lead a local team of physical design engineers and support organizational topics at the Frankfurt/Main site
• Support project planning
• Communicate closely with internal and external development partners
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of physical design methodologies and flows

Requirements

• University degree (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc., or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in RTL2GDS in VLSI design of ASICs/SOCs
• Understanding of RTL basics and mixed-signal integrated electronics
• Professional English and German language communication skills
• Hands-on experience with EDA tools like Synthesis, Place&Route, STA and PV
• Knowledge on state-of-the-art technology nodes
• Open and proactive communication
• Experience in employee management
• Strong problem solving and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Experience in project management
• Experience in development, documentation and enforcement of design methodology
