Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Administrator to maintain and advance our Microsoft server infrastructure and MS 365 platform in Bavaria. You will focus on identity management, Exchange Online, and Intune, while driving automation with Power Automate and Power Apps.

The role requires hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Germany. You will join a collaborative IT team and support digital transformation efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• IT specialist training or comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional IT experience.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server management.

• Administer and optimize Microsoft server infrastructure (AD, GPO, DFS, virtualization, backup).
• Manage Microsoft 365 platform including identity management, Exchange Online, Intune, security and compliance.
• Automate business processes with Power Automate and Power Apps.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, vocational training as an IT specialist, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server management, including backup
• Analytical thinking, along with a structured, self-directed, and solutions-oriented approach to work
• Very good German skills (at least C1 level)
• Good English skills
