Responsibilities
  • Building, leading, and strategically developing the Client Success team for the German and Austrian brokerage markets
  • Setting clear goals with a strong focus on client satisfaction and long‑term retention
  • Analyze and track relevant KPIs and client feedback using a data‑driven approach to develop targeted measures for improving performance and efficiency
  • Continuously monitor progress and support team growth by leveraging regular reporting and deriving actionable next steps
  • Work closely with Operations and Product teams to optimize processes, prepare the team for new products and features, and ensure outstanding service quality
  • Apply in‑depth expertise in brokerage, financial markets, and the Scalable App to efficiently manage resources and address client needs effectively
  • Foster a team culture defined by ownership, ambition, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
  • Effectively communicate the company’s vision and support the implementation of new initiatives and services
Qualifications
  • Solid leadership experience in Customer Service or Client Success, with strong knowledge of industry KPIs
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or similar is a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, especially stocks, ETFs, and funds; ideally with brokerage sector experience and a digital mindset
  • Analytical and numbers‑driven mindset, comfortable working with reports and making data‑based decisionsCustomer‑centric, proactive, and motivated to drive team success and serve as a role model
  • Strong sense of responsibility, very high ambition, and commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
